Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 14 days from receipt and clearance of payment for UK deliveries. Deliveries will be made in the UK by Royal Mail or Courier. Please note the £2.95 delivery charge applies to the UK only. If you live outside of the UK, you will need to contact us by email, so we can advise you of the shipping cost prior to ordering. If you order without contacting us, we reserve the right to refund your order by your original payment method. For International orders, we will let you know the approximate delivery times by email. Please be aware, that for International orders, you may have to pay import duty and taxes which vary from country to country. Please contact the local customs office in your country for further information. Please note that we try wherever possible to use recycled packing so your box may have been pre-loved!.

Privacy & Security

We totally respect the privacy of our customers and we will never pass your details to any third party companies or subsidiaries. We only ever ask for your personal details at the time of ordering so that we can fulfil your order with us. That information will never be shared.

Returns & Replacements

If you wish to return an item please contact us to obtain a returns number.  All items must be returned to us within 7 days, unused and complete with its original packaging.  We will refund you the price paid for the product, excluding p&p.  All refunds will be made in the form of original payment used to place the order.  Faulty items will be replaced free of charge.

Personalised Items

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting your order.  This is particularly important when ordering personalised items that are embroidered with names and slogans as these are non-returnable unless faulty.  Should any additional postage be incurred as a result of an order being resent then you will be responsible for this. Please allow 14 days for personalised items to be dispatched. An additional charge may also be incurred if a non faulty item is returned for the embroidery to be altered in any way.

Availability of Products

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil your order, occasionally an item may be out of stock.  We will contact you to suggest an alternative product or to arrange cancellation of your order.


As with all toys please ensure that your pets are supervised when playing with any toys purchased from this site. Please ensure that you check all toys regularly and discard them if they become torn or damaged in any way (then just purchase a new one!).
